Explosion Proof & Intrinsically Safe Proximity/Limit Switches
A 7LY Series Proximity Switch offers precise status indication with its dual LED indicators and is engineered to adapt to various applications.
This model incorporates a one-piece 316L stainless steel housing, capable of withstanding challenging environments with a pressure rating of 140 bar (2000 PSI) and a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F). It features SPDT contact arrangements and supports a nominal sensing distance of 2.5 mm, ensuring reliable detection with a hysteresis of just 0.2 mm.
In addition to its wide operational scope, the 7LY can be configured for Normally Open (Form A), Normally Closed (Form B), or Changeover (Form C) operations. A maximum operating voltage of 120 VDC is supported by the switch, with a load current of 10mA to 250mA and a voltage drop of approximately 5V. DC configurations of 10-30 VDC are also supported.
